9) Window dimensions (W X H) & directions (metal or wood frame) (clear, tinted or impact glass) if impact I need SHGC
10) Doors (Construction type) wood or metal, French doors in need the same info as windows
11) Roof- color & type (cement tiles, shingles, Metal)
12) Bathroom Exhaust if any (kitchen exhaust & how many CFM's
