3) Floor plan with room dimensions

4) Room names

5) Ceiling heights of all rooms in Building

6) Ceiling type –(vented Attic, Flat deck roof, etc.) & The insulation in the Attic (R-value)

7) External wall construction type (what wall is made of and any insulation in wall) dimensions

8) Partitions (if any) (what wall is made of and any insulation in wall) dimensions & insulation R-value

9) Window dimensions (W X H) & directions (metal or wood frame) (clear, tinted or impact glass)

10) Doors (Construction type) wood or metal,   French doors in need the same info as windows

11) Roof - color & type (cement, shingles, Metal)

12) Ventilation (Bathroom, kitchen exhaust & how many CFM's

13) Lights- interior & exterior wattage room by room (Florescent or Incandescent)

14) Sky lights (dimensions, angle & construction, glass or plastic, clear, tinted or impact)

15) Floors - construction type (slab on grade or raised floor)

16) People - Occupancy- Needed for ASHRAE 62 outside air

17) Duct-work - location (Attic or Conditioned area)

18) Kitchen appliances - (How many & what kind)

19) Air Conditioning (Make, Model, SEER Rating)

20) Direction of Building

21) Hot Water heater - gallons & if gas or electric if any (circulating or not)

22) Multi zone’s? 2 or more A/C units in Building

23) Equipment in Building or office  (computers, printers, motors, copiers, etc)

24) Overhangs around house & patio (separation from top of window to bottom of overhang)
